• Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details

Any tax liabilities arising from affiliate earnings are the responsibility of the affiliate.

6. Referral Tracking

We track referrals using:

GrowMoreDigitally is not responsible for commissions lost due to:

• Incorrect referral links

• Browser cookie restrictions

• Technical issues beyond our control

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

• Running ads using GrowMoreDigitally’s brand name without permission

• Bidding on branded keywords in paid ads

• Using deceptive or misleading promotional tactics

• Promoting content that is illegal, offensive, or unethical

Violation may lead to termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved GrowMoreDigitally branding materials (logos, banners, creatives) only for promotional purposes.

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of GrowMoreDigitally.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time

• Withhold unpaid commissions in case of policy violations

Affiliates may also terminate participation by providing written notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

GrowMoreDigitally shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
  arising from participation in the affiliate program.

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
